Ces earned his B.A. in Geography from LSU and his M.B.A. from Houston Baptist University. He has had a distinguished career centered around four key strengths. With 24 years of business experience in TX and LA, Ces has utilized creative thinking to accomplish outstanding results for his organizations. His innovative leadership style has helped those around him grow professionally and exceed customer expectations. Ces builds relationships through a nurturing personalized approach to business, which leads to long lasting business affiliations. Finally, Ces has established a wide network of contacts through his eternally optimistic view towards business challenges. His career has been enriched by solid experience with the YMCA, the Boys & Girls Clubs, consumer product sales with Clairol, Inc. and pharmaceutical and health care sales, training, and management with Nycomed, Forest Pharmaceuticals and AstraZeneca.
Ces has recently published a fictional novel titled Pill Pushers: A Big Pharma Battle For Market Share, and has written articles published in Pharmaceutical Representative magazine and in City Fitness magazine. He is currently on the speakers circuit giving a consumer's advocate style presentation to local business, civic and health care organizations regarding the pharmaceutical industry's impact on consumers.
He has been consistently recognized for his achievements in leadership, sales, personnel development, and his commitment to excellence by the U.S. Army, the LSU Alumni Association, Forest Pharmaceuticals, and AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals.
